Recruitment - Flight Crew
CityJet is pleased to announce that its recruitment process for pilots is now online ensuring quicker response times to all our applicants.
Our pilots need to be good managers and be able to prioritise and make good decisions under pressure. Therefore, leadership and good communication skills are essential qualities.
CityJet is continuing to grow. This growth means that we will be requiring a substantial number of both Captains and First Officers over the coming months. Our preference is for BAe-146 /RJ85 type-rated pilots, but we also offer full conversion courses for non-rated pilots.
Once we receive your application, we will acknowledge that we have received it. Our selection process includes a review of your application, followed by interview, aptitude testing and simulator assessment.
With new aircraft being continually added to our fleet, CityJet offers excellent command opportunities and also in Flight Operations management. We believe that every pilot we recruit has the ability to command one of our aircraft.
The minimum requirements for a pilot position with CityJet are as follows:
- F/ATPL JAA or JAR FCL
- MCC Certificate
- Class 1 Medical
- JAA Multi IR Rating
